3. Service Terms

Our services are subject to the following conditions:

All work is performed by certified watchmakers
Original parts are used when available
Services are performed in our Swiss workshop
Quality control is performed at each stage

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms include:

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF)
50% deposit required for custom work
Full payment required for standard services
Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer

5. Return Policy

Our return policy covers:

14-day return period for unused items
Items must be in original condition
Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
Custom-made items are non-refundable

6. Warranty

We provide:

2-year warranty on new watches
1-year warranty on repairs
Warranty covers manufacturing defects
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

Designs and logos
Text and images
Watch designs
Service descriptions

are the property of Timecraft Atelier and protected by intellectual property laws.
